Directions

For wet brushing soak the brush in lukewarm water and then add your chosen lotion.
Take the brush and starting from your feet work your way up to the neck using sweeping motions towards your heart.

Use long sweeping motions on your limbs and a circular buffing motion for your stomach and torso.
